of Hong Kong's premier hotels, the Intercontinental Hong Kong has some
of the best views in the city. The superb leisure
facilities include a large outdoor swimming pool, a feng-shui inspired
spa retreat with private suites, each with its own Jacuzzi, sauna,
steam shower and massage facilities. But best of all is the
unique trio of spa pools, which have views of Victoria Harbour and Hong
Kong Island.
The hotel offers 495 guest rooms, including 92 harbour view suites. Services
include a 24-hour butler service and around-the-clock Concierge
service. There are five internationally acclaimed restaurants, including "SPOON by Alain Ducasse", all with harbour views.

Hotel Caruso, Ravello, Italy
Perched
on a cliff top 1000ft above the Mediterranean, the Hotel Caruso's
panoramic infinity pool overlooks the sea and the stunning Amalfi
Coast. The area has been a favourite haven for Hollywood
stars, ever since Greta Garbo came here to escape the prying paparazzi.
The hotel offers just 54 rooms, of which 36 are suites and 18 are
double rooms. With service typical of Orient Express Hotels, The Caruso has an intimate environment, with
most rooms having stunning sea views or sunny balconies.

La Casa Que Canta, Zihuatanejo, Mexico
With
a pool made famous by the film "When a Man Loves a Woman", La Casa Que
Canta's infinity pool overlooks the Pacific Ocean. Not the only
pool at the resort, there is also a salt-water pool down amongst the
rocks, and eleven of the 24 suites have their own private plunge
pools.
The entire hotel is built of native materials, using no glass or
metal. Walls are built in terracotta adobe style, with thatched
roofs and louvered doors and window shutters. Suites are
distinctively decorated and feature traditional Mexican hand-crafted
furniture and artifacts.
