Al Bandar , located at the heart of the resort, is geared to couples, families and business executives. Guests staying at the Al Bandar have access to Turtle Beach and the hotel's 198 luxurious rooms and suites are larger than those at the Al Waha.

Al Husn is the flagship of the Shangri La Barr Al Jissah Resort, and is set apart from the rest of the complex affording total privacy.  The 180 magnificent rooms and suites feature sweeping sea views, and interiors are luxuriously decorated with rich fabrics and furnishings.

With the exception of the dining facilities which are shared with guests at the Al Bandar, the Al Husn hotel is exclusive to its guests.  Facilities include a cigar lounge, private gym and exclusive access to its own private beach.
