Rooms and facilities

The hotel offers 70 luxury rooms, all of which have their own private terrace or balcony, with views over Villarrica Lake.  All rooms have air-conditioning and heating, satellite TV, hairdryer, mini-bar, safety deposit box and bathrooms with separate bath and shower.  One 50 square metre room is specially adapted for disabled guests.

Superior rooms, of which there are 58, are a roomy 46 square metres.  At almost double the size, the six junior suites each have their own living-dining area, which includes a sofa bed, as well as a separate bedroom and bathroom.  Four deluxe suites offer an even more spacious environment, at 90 square metres.

For the ultimate in luxury living, the 170 square metre Presidential Suite has its own living room, dining room, bar, kitchen with service entrance, and separate visitors bathroom.  The master bedroom has its own walk-in closet and the bathroom comes with its own Jacuzzi.
