• Luxury-Escapes features and reviews on this site are on venues/locations chosen by our researchers and the reviews given are based on the subjective opinion of Luxury-Escapes' researchers at the time of visiting. Factors taken into consideration include welcome, friendliness, courtesy, knowledgeability of staff, value for money, quality of service, quality of product, cleanliness, facilities offered. (This list is not exhaustive)


• Any attraction, accommodation establishment, service, retailer, wholesaler, hostelry or hospitality venue wishing to be considered for possible inclusion on this site by way of editorial review should contact us via the "contact us" form.  Unlike other guides, such as 'Special Places to Stay', AA Guides or Conde Nast Johansens where establishments have to pay to be included, we don't accept payment for inclusion in any Escapes Travel Guides publication, and even if an establishment offers to pay us, we won't accept.  If it's paid for, it's an advertisement, simple as that.  Our editorial is completely independent and unbiased - we can't be bought to say something nice.
  


• Inclusion in an editorial context of any attraction, accommodation establishment, service, retailer, wholesaler, hostelry or hospitality venue does not necessarily imply recommendation, and any recommendations which are implied are based solely on our personal opinion.


• Luxury-Escapes does not accept liability for, nor can we be held responsible for, any loss, accident, disappointment, dispute or dissatisfaction which may occur subsequent and consequent to using information found on this website. Should an issue arise, it is the responsibility of the user to try to resolve the matter with the owner/ manager of the establishment in question as soon as possible, or as soon as is practicably possible, in order that matters may be resolved.
